Cedar Hills, operated by Transformation Camp Inc., is a faith-based 501(c)(3) program that provides veterans and civilians overcoming addiction with the structure, life skills, trade skills, and mentorship they need to rebuild their lives. Rooted in accountability, resilience, and service, the program prepares graduates to sustain recovery and lead with purpose in their communities.
