Pastor Mark & Donna founders of Transformation Camp Inc. dba Cedar Hills have a calling on them for seeing men set free from the struggles of addiction. 

From addiction over 25 years ago to jail and prison ministry to Associate Pastor at various churches to the founder and Executive Director of Cedar Hills, Pastor Mark will oversee the Cedar Hills program and brings decades of experience in ministry to lead the spiritual direction of Cedar Hills through discipleship, devotionals and faith based mentorship. He will also collaborate with the leadership team on all strategic planning, budgeting, curriculum and community engagement efforts, as well as set the vision moving forward!

Donna Merlihan brings with her decades of corporate administration, account management, compliance and leadership skills along with 25+ years in ministry alongside Pastor Mark. Donna Merlihan as Director of Administration and Finance will be responsible for HR, accounting, reporting and all office administration to ensure integrity and transparency within the organizational and operational aspects of Cedar Hills

Together, they have inspired healing, restoration and growth within the Cedar Hills community through faith, leadership, and servant hood.
